On Thursday 20 March, we hosted an ‘Ask Andy’ stakeholder webinar to reflect on the past 12 months and update stakeholders on our plans for the next 12 months, as we strive to deliver better customer outcomes and economic growth. We were pleased over 100 stakeholders from across our route signed up for what was a very interactive session, with lots of time for questions and to hear stakeholder views, to help inform our decision making.

There were questions across a wide range of topics including reform and nationalisation, performance on our routes including North Wales and Manchester, tourism and events, onboard catering, and working with our supply chain.
