On behalf of Avanti West Coast and The Purpose Coalition, we are delighted to invite you to a Parliamentary reception to celebrate how rail makes a positive difference to people’s lives up and down the West Coast Mainline, as we launch our Social Value report.

The reception will be held on Monday 2 December in the Thames Pavillion between 2pm-4pm. We will celebrate past successes and discuss how we can partner to deliver even more for the benefit of our customers and the communities we are proud to serve. 

This year our social value impact was over £345 million, but we want to achieve more and faster – with a goal to have created £1 billion or more of social value for our communities by 2031.   

Avanti connects millions of people with opportunities, supporting local businesses, making a positive impact in the communities we serve, while fostering the innovative environmental practices needed to look after tomorrow. We take our customers not just from A to B but from ‘A to an opportunity.’ We do this by breaking down barriers to opportunities within the communities we serve.
